1.How many agents do you currently have working on your team? What are your recruiting goals?

We have been growing steadily over several years and now have 178 agents in three offices. Because of our growth targets, we have very aggressive recruitment goals of bringing on-board between five and seven agents per month. We aim for a good mix of experienced agents and new agents and that reflects our focus on hiring the right agents.

2. What is the key differentiator about your company that you present to candidates you are interested in recruiting?
