The New Agent Career Development program is designed to get the new or inexperienced (less than 6 months in the business with less than 2 transactions) agent off to the best possible start in real estate. This program offers personal guidance to new agents, enhances their learning experience, builds their confidence and establishes them in their new career. It develops "best practices" that promote a professional image, reduce broker/agent or transactional liability and increase the confidence of the new agent.
This program consists of a 12 week training program, commitment and accountability sessions (held during the training), and a Mentor program.
The program is designed to give the new agent a base of knowledge as the foundation from which to build a meaningful career.
Training is conducted in our beautiful Market Center Training Room three times a week. Sessions last from 2-3 hours.
The Career Development program includes:
Camp 4:4:3 - a training and accountability program designed to give any agent a great start or jump start
Contracts training: The basics of CA Real Estate contracts
Technology training: Real Estate technology programs
Mentor Program: A mentor is assigned to each agent to provide them with one-on-one support during their first two transactions New agents are invited into the program based on interviews with the Team Leader, Janet Reilly.
