Keller Williams Realty's major role is as a training, coaching and consulting company. Our clients are our valued associate partners.
Training occurs in the Carmel Market Center on an almost
daily basis with training that is designed for the career
path of both new and experienced agents.
Additionally we bring in outside speakers at least once a
month who train on a variety of subjects.
Training is also available through Keller Williams University
in many different formats. Numerous training materials are
downloadable for those people who enjoy self-guided training.
Our associates have access to the distance learning program KW
Connect by logging in into the KWU website and clicking on KW Connect.
This program is available online and on-demand.
This custom education delivery system brings you current and topical
information in an exciting format that includes; interviews,
demonstrations, workshops, and even video and audio presentations.
The New Agent Career Development program is designed to offer personal guidance to new agents, to enhance their learning experience, build their confidence and establish them in their new career. It is also designed to develop "best practices" that promote a professional image, reduce broker/agent or transactional liability and increase the confidence of the new agent.
This program consists of a 12 week training program, with trainings
held on Tuesday and Thursday, field trips, commitment and accountability
sessions (held during the training), and a Mentor program.
The program is designed to give the new agent a base of knowledge as the
foundation from which to build a meaningful career.
The cost of the program is $150 for materials plus the amount due in
referral fees to the Mentor (25% referral fee from the first two transactions
to be capped at $10,000).
New agents are defined as those agents with less than a year in the
business or having had fewer than 2 transactions regardless of years
in the business. New agents are invited into the program based on interviews
with the Team Leader and the Director of the Mentor Program. All new agents
are interviewed by both the Team Leader and Director before being accepted
into the program. All new agents are required to complete the Real Estate
Simulator prior to interviewing.
