Liz Boone, Sr. Account Manager
 Liz Boone has been a licensed Realtor and ABR since 2003 and held the position of Director of Agent Staffing and Business Development for a real estate franchise. She was responsible for recruiting, educating, and informing applicants about real estate as a career as well as overseeing the educational process, licensing, training, and career and business development. Prior to real estate, Liz spent many years in the long term care industry and over 10 years in the legal industry. She is a Phi Theta Kappa member of Lakeland College majoring in business with an emphasis in human resource management. Liz is eager to provide her consulting services to brokers and recruiters around systems to help pave the way toward growth and success.

Glen Jaffee, Vice President of Sales
 Glen is responsible for the company's business development activities and client management. Mr. Jaffee's areas of experience include testing, electronic selection, assessment centers, job analysis, managerial development, and performance appraisal. He has published articles in these areas and has consulted with a large variety of organizations such as United Parcel Service, American Automobile Club, Frito-Lay, Eli Lilly, Delphi, Ford Motor Credit and many others. Mr. Jaffee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College.

Maria Mull, VP of Business Development
 As the National Director of Business Development for AlignMark, Maria is responsible for working with the sales team to develop and manage new and existing client relationships. Maria is committed to customer service, understands clients' needs and is always looking for ways to improve techniques and share her ideas and knowledge. Maria is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of experience, and was previously Director of Career Development for a large real estate franchise, assisting in the hires of over 500 new and experienced agents.

Don Kottick, Vice President of Products & Services
 Don leads the design and development of recruiting and selection systems. Don has an established track record of creating highly innovative solutions. Prior to joining AlignMark, he worked as a consultant for companies such as Imagemaker360 Virtual Tours, CanWest Interactive Media and the Commercial Real Estate Exchange. He has also held the following positions: General Manager, Real Estate Division at Trader.com Classified Media, Vice President of Technology and Business Development at the Toronto Real Estate Board, and Director of New Products and Services at Royal LePage Residential Services. |
