Welcome to our First Edition of HR View!
We are pleased to bring information and knowledge to the real estate industry that we trust will be valuable, informative and resourceful, as it relates to the Human Capital side of business. You ask; what is Human Capital? A long time ago, the Real Estate industry labeled your workforce as contractors and in doing so, created a perception that because they were not your “employees”, it was not necessary to invest in this position from the Human Resource side of the business. In fact, the Real Estate industry is unique because your contractors “touch” 100% of your clients and generate 100% of your company’s revenue. Therefore, we disagree with the logic of the past and are pleased to share with you 35+ years of experience working in Human Capital for the Fortune 1000. We consult and work with major corporations such as United Parcel Service, American Express, Delta Airlines and look forward to the same commitment of support, relationship and experience all of our clients share. Enjoy this first edition where we also highlight many of our clients and partners using our programs and services. We also invite your feedback and input, so please don’t hesitate to comment with me directly or any one of our team members using the comment box below on the right hand side.
