Liz Boone joined Prudential Select Properties in October of 2005 as their Director of Agent Staffing & Development.   She is responsible for recruiting, educating and informing applicants about real estate as a career opportunity. She also oversees the education process, licensing, training, and development of both new and experienced agents. Liz Boone received her real estate license in 2002 and has her Accredited Buyers Representative certification. Prior to working in the real estate industry she was a Marketing Consultant for various businesses.  Boone was Director of Community Relations for Karrington Communities and Sunrise Assisted Living Facility and spent over 15 years in the legal industry. Boone is a Phi Theta Kappa member of Lakeland College majoring in business with an emphasis in human resource management.

Liz is eager to help provide new agents a realization of what the real estate industry is about.  Her mission is to bring awareness of the industry along with the proper education, training, tools, and most importantly, moral support to help them become successful agents and bring to them a new quality of life. Dave Perkins, owner/broker, has a vision to bring Prudential Select Properties to the forefront of the industry. His vision for growth, direction and bringing Real Value and Real Service to its customers is exciting to be a part of.
