New and Improved Reports

As more and more people take the test we continue to refine and improve our reports so that they're more accurate. This month we've updated and improved our reports to give you more detailed information on your recruits. All new test takers will now be evaluated with these new reports.

What's changed?
We've expanded the Personality section so that we now measure FIVE dimensions:

Sociability
How easily someone develops relationships with people.
Assertiveness
Confidence in one's opinions and ability.
Achievement Orientation
An internal drive to compete and achieve success.
Dependability
How organized and focused a person is.
Emotional Resilience
The ability to deal with stress and handle rejection.

Look for these new dimensions on the next report you receive.
