Scripts and Letters
Use these scripts below when writing a letter or calling a potential
recruit. Below the letters we've
included a list of the typical things that New, and Experienced Salespeople
look for in a Broker.
By keeping these points in mind you can give the rectruit the information they're
looking for.
Recruits With No Previous Experience
So many agents have a difficult time in real estate because as
soon as they are recruited
they are placed at a desk and told to start generating. In essence they are
left on their
own to fend for themselves. When you join my team, you will not be left alone,
you will be
entering a partnership that focuses on your success.
My interest is in your growth and success. As soon as you
come on board, we will start
off by using our Real Estate Simulator to assess your skills in order get a
grasp on your
strengths and weaknesses related to real estate sales. We will use that information
to
jointly build a strategy that will help you to leverage your strengths and provide
training
to help you overcome your weaknesses. When you come to work with me, my focus
will
be on you. I will help to provide the right kind of development that you need
so that we
can position you for success.
Recruits With Previous Sales Experience
As a broker, my interest is in your growth and your success.
When you join my team we
will be working in partnership to get you to a higher level of performance.
In order for us
to do that, we will first assess your skills to get a better understanding of
your strengths
and weaknesses. Our simulation-based assessment will analyze your selling behavior
to
provide detailed feedback on the actions that you take in the process of real
estate sales.
The truth is that as an agent, you are always on your own. Nobody goes with
you on the
sales call and nobody provides third-party feedback on your performance. This
tool provides
that third party feedback and insight that we need to work together to design
a strategy
that will help you leverage your strengths and overcome your weaknesses. My
focus will be
on you. I will help to provide the right kind of development that you need so
that we can
position you for success.
